We provide partial online courses (half online, half in the classroom) are available as well as fully in-person class options for your convenience.
Titan Health offers the following Alberta workplace-approved courses: Canadian Red Cross First Aid and CPR courses, Energy Safety Canada H2S Alive and Confined Space courses, Heart & Stroke Foundation Basic Life Support.

As a Red Cross Training Partner, your training courses are fully authorized by the Red Cross, and taught by Red Cross certified trainers. Red Cross courses include injury prevention content.

This one-day course is intended for all workers in the petroleum industry who could be exposed to hydrogen sulfide (H2S). All courses are taught by a certified Energy Safety Canada (previously Enform) instructor.
This online course is intended for all workers who may be asked to enter a confined space.

You must bring proof of completion of Part 1: Online Learning to your classroom course. If you do not finish your online learning in advance, you will not be allowed to participate in your classroom learning, and you must rebook Part 2, subject to the $25.00 transfer fee, as above.
Payment in advance of the course date by credit card or by e-transfer reserves the participant’s space in the course. In the instance that a participant has made a prior arrangement to pay with cash on the date of their course, their space in the course is not guaranteed, and they may be asked to change their date if the course fills in advance of the course date.
If Titan Health and Safety cancels a course the participant will receive a full refund or may reschedule for a later date. Titan Health and Safety will notify participants by email of any changes.
If payment was made by credit card the payment will be refunded back to the (original) credit card, less any fees as stated above.
If arriving late the participant may not be allowed entry into class and may forfeit the full course fee. If the participant does not show up to the course, or has not made arrangements prior to the course date to reschedule, he/she forfeits all fees. Extenuating circumstances may be exempt and is at the instructors’ discretion.
The client understands that there will be a a physical component to their course. If the participant cannot perform the CPR component he/she may take part in the course, however will not be certified by the Red Cross. All components of the H2S Alive, Fall Protection and First Aid/CPR must be taken and completed to receive certification.
All locations will have restrooms and free parking available. Some locations will have microwaves and fridges. Clients will be notified via email of the location and facilities available prior to the course.
Titan Health and Safety collects your name, mailing address, phone number and e-mail for the purpose of registering for current and future Health & Safety courses. Titan Health and Safety clients will receive an email or telephone notification when the issued certificate is about to expire. To opt-out of receiving recertification notice please contact Titan Health and Safety via telephone or e-mail. Titan Health will not sell, share or rent any personal client information. Titan Health transfers client information for certification purposes to the Canadian Red Cross through a secure database. Titan Health is not responsible for any intercepted information sent through any unsecured wireless devices. If there are any concerns please register via phone or secure device. Online Payments are made through a secure Pay Pal site and are insured.
Participants can appeal any undesirable outcome of their certification. The first attempt will be to speak to the instructor at the end of their class. The instructor will make all reasonable and time permitting attempts to assist the participants in any area he/she may need further instruction. If that attempt fails the participant may appeal to the program director via email or in person with a written/typed letter. The participant may be asked to repeat all or a portion of the course at a later date agreed upon by the participant and Titan Health and Safety. If available a different instructor will be used. If the participant is again unsuccessful he/she will have to re-register into another course and re-pay the original fee.
All complaints will go directly to Titan Health and Safety Management and will be handled as soon as possible during regular business hours. If complaint is urgent, all instructors have after hours contact information for Titan Health and Safety Management. Every reasonable attempt will be made to resolve the complaint in a timely and appropriate manor. Complaints can be made via email, phone or in person.
Any verbal or physical harassment will not be tolerated. Participants who harass others, use inappropriate language or make offensive jokes will be asked to leave the class and will not receive a refund or a chance to re-apply. The participant will not be given their certification if they have not completed the course requirements. Appeals may be made to Titan Health and Safety Management only.
Our Training Centres are in city owned buildings and therefore subject to smoking by-laws. Please adhere to the signage provided and smoke in designated areas only.
