CPR / AED Courses in Calgary – Levels C or A

Online CPR / AED courses are available.

Online CPR courses meet Alberta Occupational Health & Safety first aid workplace legislation. Participants who complete Part 1: Online Learning will receive a completion certificate that is valid for workplace first aid requirements.

Participants must take Part 2: Classroom Learning within 90 days, or once in-person training resumes.

Update: Recertification Courses

All Canadian Red Cross first aid certifications (which would have expired March through June 30, 2020) will be considered valid 90-days beyond their expiry date. This extension is authorized by the Canadian Red Cross and Alberta Occupational Health & Safety.

These CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) courses provide the skills needed to recognize and respond to cardiovascular emergencies and choking for adults, children, and babies, depending on the level of CPR chosen. All levels include training in the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED). Courses offer training suitable for the workplace or general interest. Includes the latest CPR guidelines. During Covid-19 we recommend our Online CPR/AED courses.

**Please note: to take a re-certification course you must hold a valid and current (non-expired) certificate.

CPR Level C With AED (Adult, Child and Infant)

Course Length

  • Full Course (3-year certification) – 6 hours
  • Recertification – 4 hours

  • Full Course (certification) – $80.00
  • Recertification – $70.00

(Note: to participate in a recertification course, legislation requires you to have a current first aid certificate at the time of the course. **International certificates are not valid in Canada)
