These CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) courses provide the skills needed to recognize and respond to cardiovascular emergencies and choking for adults, children, and babies, depending on the level of CPR chosen. All levels include training in the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED). Courses offer training suitable for the workplace or general interest. Includes the latest CPR guidelines.

- Full Course (3-year certification) – 6 hours
- Recertification – 4 hours
