COVID-19 Update: September 16, 2021

Titan Health & Safety is dedicated to giving our participants the best experience while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. We appreciate your understanding as changes may happen rapidly. We will always do our best to keep you informed of any updates, and we thank you for helping us protect our community.

Titan Health will be participating in the Alberta Health Restrictions Exemption Program.

Starting on September 20, all participants must provide one of the following:

  • proof of vaccination
    • single dose accepted between September 20 and October 25 if received 2 weeks before time of service (e.g. for a course on September 20, 2021, the participant must have received their first dose on or before September 6, 2021).
    • double doses required after October 25 if received 2 weeks before time of service (e.g. for a course on October 25, 2021, the participant must have received their second dose on or before October 11, 2021).
  • documentation of a medical exemption
  • proof of a privately-paid negative PCR or rapid test within 72 hours of service (tests from AHS or Alberta Precision Laboratories not allowed)

All participants must wear masks during their classes, unless otherwise instructed by their instructors.

Current Guidelines

We are following all provincial guidelines and have numerous safeguards in place to ensure a safe environment:

  • Masks are mandatory in all our classrooms and must be worn at all times. Face shields will not be accepted under any circumstance.
  • Limiting the number of participants in each course to ensure physical distancing.
  • Students should arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before start of class.
  • Active daily screening questionnaire before classes begin.
  • Increased the frequency of cleaning and sanitizing, including classroom equipment.
  • Hand sanitizing stations in every classroom.

Anyone who is feeling unwell is asked to stay home and we will assist with re-scheduling your course. Please take the Government of Alberta COVID-19 Self-Assessment Tool or provincial self assessment to determine whether you need to be tested for COVID-19.

Your health and safety is our priority and we look forward to continuing to serve you.
