Some of the content, links and online courses on our website are from an external source. Titan Health and Safety is not responsible for maintaining the Standards and practices of any external sources. All online courses are external certifications supplied by Titan Health and safety.  All accuracy and content for the online courses are operated by Danatec. First Aid and H2S standards are supplied through the Canadian Red Cross and Enform.

Cancellations/ Transfers

For Courses under $225.00: Cancellations made five (5 ) or more business days prior to course will receive a full course refund. Cancellations made two (2) or more business days prior to course will be subject to a $25.00 administration fee. Cancellations made within two (2) business days prior to course will forfeit the full course fee. Cancellations may be made by phone or email. Course Transfers are subject to availability only and are subject to $25.00 administration fee if within the time frame as stated above.

For Courses $225.00 and over: Cancellations made fifteen (20) business days prior to course may receive a full refund if course materials have not been given out. If course materials have been received a book fee will be charged. Fees range from $60 to $300 depending on course. If the participant would like to change dates, he/she can hold the materials for the next course. A $50.00 transfer fee will be charged in all transfers and is subject to the program facilitators discretion and  course availability. If a cancellation is made less than fifteen (20) business days with no medical reason (note may be requested) all fees will be forfeit. No shows will automatically forfeit all fees.

Change of Date

Three (3) or more  business days prior to course will be accepted without charge. Less than three (3) business days will be subject to a $25.00 administration fee and course availability. Changes may be made by phone or email.

Course Cancellations

If Titan Health cancels a course the participant will receive a full refund or may reschedule for a later date. Titan Health will notify participants by email of any changes.


If payment was made by credit card the payment will be refunded back to the (original) credit card. Minus any fees as stated above.

Late or No Arrival

If arriving late the participant may not be allowed entry into class and may forfeit the full course fee. If the participant does not show up to the course, or has not made arrangements prior to the course date to reschedule, he/she forfeits all fees. Extenuating circumstances may be exempt and is at the instructors discretion.

Risk to Client

The client understands that there will be a a physical component to their course. If the participant cannot perform the CPR component he/she may take part in the course, however will not be certified by the Red Cross. All components of the H2S Alive and First Aid/ CPR  must be taken and completed to receive certification.


All locations will have restrooms and free parking available. Some locations will have microwaves and fridges. Clients will be notified via email of the location and facilities available prior to the course.

Privacy Policy

Titan Health collects your name, mailing address, phone number and e-mail for the purpose of registering for current and future Health & Safety courses.  Titan Health client’s will receive an email or telephone notification when the issued certificate is about to expire, to opt-out of receiving recertification notice please contact Titan Health via telephone or e-mail.  Titan Health will not sell, share or rent any personal client information. Titan Health transfers client information for certification purposes to the Canadian Red Cross through a secure database. Titan Health is not responsible for any intercepted information sent through any unsecured wireless devices. If there are any concerns please register via phone or secure device. Online Payments are made through a secure Pay Pal site and are insured.


Participants can appeal any undesirable outcome of their certification. The first attempt will be to speak to the instructor at the end of their class. The instructor will make all reasonable and time permitting attempts to assist the participants in any area he/she may need further instruction. If that attempt fails the participant may appeal to the program director via email or in person with a written/typed letter.  The participant may be asked to repeat all or a portion of the course at a later date agreed upon by the participant and Titan Health. If available a different instructor will be used. If the participant is again unsuccessful he/she will have to re-register into another course and re-pay the original fee.


All complaints will go directly to Titan Health Management and will be handled as soon as possible during regular business hours. If complaint is urgent, all instructors have after hours contact information for Titan health Management. Every reasonable attempt will be made to resolve the complaint in a timely and  appropriate manor. Complaints can be made via email, phone or in person.


Any verbal or physical harassment will not be tolerated. Participants who harass others, use inappropriate language or make offensive jokes will be asked to leave the class and will not receive a refund or a chance to re-apply. The participant will not be given their certification if they have not completed the course requirements. Appeals may be made to Titan Health Management only.


The Training Center is a city owned building. There is a smoking By Law that prohibits smoking anywhere on the property. This includes the parking lot.  Please step off the property to smoke. Management has asked for a fifteen foot distance from the property.
